Introduction to Collaborative Practice

Collaborative Practice is a constructive alternative to a court-based process. Respectful and client-focused, this resolution process can be a good option for separating couples. Each party is represented by his or her own lawyer, and decisions get made jointly in “team” meetings. A Financial Professional can be part of the team, providing guidance with the gathering of the necessary information needed to determine child and spousal support, property division, and other financial decisions. The Family Professional aids in helping the separating couple with all things child and family related, including the creation of the parenting plan, and managing the strong emotions in the process.

Please note I am currently not accepting new Collaborative Practice clients.
